Guided personally by Maria Ariadne Vedanta, you will experience Yoga’s benefits in improving your physical and mental health.

You get in touch with your body in a calm non-competitive environment with respect to personal boundaries.

You practice experiencing calmness and using the breath to deal with stress.

You are given tools to manage your mind and emotions, so as to act with more harmony in your life and achieve your goals.

The quality of sleep is improved, the immune system and the organism’s ability for self healing are reinforced.

It is done online, via Zoom, real-time, keeping our personal relationship and contact!

Depending on your needs and the time you wish to dedicate, there are personal and group classes, but also the specialised programs De-Stress, Willpower and Yoga Nidra (see corresponding sections).
