1.I have heard Yoga could help me be calm, but I have never exercised and I worry that I won’t make it.

-Yoga is an exceptional tool for your total health, to learn to relax and connect again with your body. Of course you can make it, as the practice is adapted each time to the body’s abilities

2.Is yoga suitable for every age?

-Yes, yoga is suitable for every age, as long as you cooperate with the teacher, who will instruct you according to your needs

3.Is yoga ok for men?

-Yoga as a system was developed mainly by wise men in India and is practiced by men and women around the globe. We all, regardless of gender, have a body, a mind and emotions, as well as the need to discharge and relax… even more so as men experience constant competition, pressure and stress in all aspects of their lives. Matters of flexibility and musculoskeletal pains improve a lot and at the same time you take care of your mental health and calmness. Especially today, I’d say men need Yoga more than ever! 4.I have some health issues and my doctor said I need soft exercise, but I don’t know where to start and what is suitable for me

5. How often do I have to do Yoga? Is Yoga expensive?

-Yoga is recommended at least two times a week, consistently, in order to embody its benefits! The students, when they find the yoga class that meets their needs, usually tend to stick to it as they experience a lot of improvement in the quality of their lives. The price range is affordable and the benefit to mental and physical health - priceless!

6.Should I choose a personal or group class?

-That depends on your needs! If the group classes’ schedule is good for you and you have some yoga experience, then group classes are for you. The feeling of connection and human interaction is an important advantage of group practice, even if it is online.

On the other hand, if you have specific needs on which you want to focus, or the other programs don’t suit you, then a personal class is better for you as you will have personalized guidance that will greatly assist you

7.Can yoga be done online? Is it suitable for me?

-The situation we are in has changed the way we do Yoga, but not its benefits! If you have the mood, the space and the time in your place to dedicate to yourself, then Yoga can be done pretty well online, as it turns out! It is the best way to avoid exposure to crowds, but at the same time apply consistently a practice that will reinforce our immune system and psychosomatic health

If you belong in vulnerable groups, then the internet will help you do your practice while remaining safe and healthy! Most instructions are spoken, so you don’t need to always stare at a screen. You only need some basic familiarity with technology. Don’t hesitate to ask for help with technical matters. After all, learning to use technology helps maintain an active mind! 8.What kind of Yoga do you teach? Why are there so many different types of Yoga?

-Our practice comes from Hatha Yoga tradition. There are so many different types of Yoga as there are so many different types of people and their preferences. The diverse Yoga systems were developed according to these exact differences, in order to help people’s personal development

9.Why should I choose Yoga over some other kind of exercise?

-Yoga is a holistic system that develops simultaneously mind, body, emotion and wellness. It helps us relax, manage our stress, and teaches us how to be present, aware, and be better humans. For all these reasons, you should choose Yoga in your life

10. Do I have to buy special equipment or clothing?

-You need clothing that is comfortable, pleasant to the touch and  does not impede movement. Light colored clothing is recommended but not necessary. You need to have your own yoga mat and a light blanket, which are the basic requirements. Possibly, you will need blocks and a belt. You can find these online and/or in sports stores and they are very affordable

11.Why should I invest time and money in Yoga?

-If you want to combine personal wellness at all levels and experience wellness and vitality in your daily life, then Yoga gives invaluable tools for this, tried and tested throughout centuries.

12.I definitely need to relax - I am having too much stress and tension in work, but my schedule does not allow for a Yoga class. What do you recommend?
